Transformative Possibilities was created with a passion for growing stronger connections. I have a deep awareness that our past experiences and trauma are not just distance memories, they are burdens that we carry, feel, and hold within our bodies.

We often try and push away or ignore past emotional or traumatic experiences saying that it didn't matter or it was no big deal, leaving us disconnecting and dissociating from parts of ourselves. -- I invite all parts of you into session -- knowing that all parts have an important role to play in how you survived in the past and connect with others in the present.

Let's acknowledge and honor the importance of your harsh inner and outer critic, the hypervigilant anxious part, the overachiever, or the part that zones out in front of the computer or TV.

When talk therapy not enough? I offer somatic therapy, like Brainspotting (BSP) for deeper healing to work directly with the body and nervous systems.
