A trauma-informed therapy prioritizes safety, trust, and empowerment in the therapeutic relationship, ensuring the individual feels respected and supported throughout the process.
A therapeutic approach that is designed to help individuals process and heal from trauma, emotional distress, and other psychological challenges. Brainspotting (BSP) focuses on identifying and accessing brain spots—specific eye positions—that are linked to unresolved emotional and psychological issues.
